FWCCC SHOP RULES
01. We explain the repair.
02. We explain the options.
03. We do not upsell damage that is not there.
04. You decide what makes sense for your vehicle.
05. We do not neglect structural damages to make a quick buck.
THE FWCCC DIFFERENCE
We are here to help you get to work whether you go through insurance or not.
Traditional collision repair is often built around insurance profitability. FWCCC is built around the customer's budget. When a repair is appropriate for customer pay, we focus on practical solutions, clear expectations, and a result that makes financial sense.
Structural damage, airbag deployment, frame damage, severe safety related damage, or repairs requiring specialized equipment may need additional repair procedures or equipment. We will tell you what the vehicle actually requires rather than selling a repair that doesn't make sense or can't be completed safely.
